Landscape Pattern and Ecological Network Structure in Urban Green Space Planning: A Case Study of Fuzhou City

During the process of urbanization, many green spaces are fragmented for other uses. The key problems researchers and planners reducing fragmentation spaces, constructing urban ecological networks, maintaining sustainable environments to cope with rapid urbanization process. This paper analyzes Fuzhou, China as a case study effects reviews three epochs in Fuzhou: 2000, 2010, 2021. First, integration degree landscape pattern index spatial syntactic attribute value is used quantify situation Fuzhou space urbanization. Second, it adopts network analysis method construct an featuring “one city two rings”. Finally, assessed by corridor structure analysis, improvement quantitatively evaluated comparing planning system. results show that center apparent serious issue from 2000 ineffective improving existing space. According results, street syntax aptly reflects In conclusion, planned increases shape complexity patches connectivity reduces fragmentation, thus environment quality facilitating sustainability spaces.
